Experienced Cleaner

Position: Experienced Cleaner
Location: YMCA Leeds
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

YMCA Leeds is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining office spaces, function rooms, and communal areas
  • Emptying and managing internal and external bins
  • Using floor cleaning machines and other equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
  • Experience using floor cleaning machines (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness

Gymnastics Coach - Level 2 WAG

Position: Level 2 Gymnastics Coach (WAG)

Location: YMCA Leeds, Otley Road, LS16 6HE

Hours: Part-time (hours negotiable)


YMCA are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and reliable individuals with previous gymnastics coaching experience from 4+ years up to competition level to join our coaching team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching
  • Monitor and assess progress of individual gymnasts
  • Promote a safe training environment
  • Collaborate with the gymnastics team to support and motivate gymnasts
  • Prep gymnasts for competitions/skill development
  • Maintain open communication with gymnasts, parents and the YMCA team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics to Level 2
  • Has a current DBS and safeguarding training (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Enthusiastic and patient - works well with children
  • Passionate about Gymnastics!



All coaches must be DBS checked and undertake relevant Safeguarding training. First aid will also be essential for lead coaching roles.

Football  Assistant Coach 

 

YMCA are looking for an assistant to support our football coach in delivering sessions on Mondays and Saturdays. 

No official qualifications in coaching are required for the role however, experience in Football Coaching/Assisting is essential. 

All coaches must be DBS checked and undertake relevant Safeguarding training.
