Learner rights and responsibilities
You are entitled to information about:
- Course and entry requirements
- How your course will be organised (including dates, times and holidays)
- What to do if you can’t come to your class, if there is an incident, or if you want to complain
As a learner, you are expected to:
- Come to classes regularly
- Let your tutor know if you can’t come
- Make a commitment to help yourself to learn and achieve
- Take care of equipment and buildings
- Look after your own belongings
- Behave responsibly and safely
- Treat others with respect
- Give us feedback about your course
