Gymnastics Coach - Level 2

YMCA are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and reliable individuals with previous gymnastics coaching experience from 4+ years up to competition level to join our coaching team.

Requirements: 
      • Minimum – Level 1 coaching qualification is essential (men's artistic, women's artistic, tumbling, general gymnastics)

• Desirable - Level 2 coaching qualification
• Desirable - Current DBS, first aid and safeguarding

All coaches must be DBS checked and undertake relevant Safeguarding training. First aid will also be essential for lead coaching roles.

Part time/Full time hours available - immediate start.

Competitive salary in the range of £21 – 24k.

Netball Coach

YMCA are looking for experienced, motivated and reliable individuals with previous netball coaching experience 

Requirements: 
      • Minimum – Level 1 coaching qualification is essential 

• Desirable - Level 2 coaching qualification

Assistant Football Coach

YMCA are looking for an assistant to support our football coach in delivering sessions on Mondays and Saturdays. 

No official qualifications in coaching are required for the role however, experience in Football Coaching/Assisting is essential. 

All coaches must be DBS checked and undertake relevant Safeguarding training.

Groundskeeper 

Position: Groundskeeper
Location: YMCA Leeds
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 10 hours per week (Days negotiable)

Do you enjoy working outdoors in a sports setting? YMCA Leeds is currently recruiting a part-time Groundskeeper to ensure our grounds and playing surfaces are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• General ground maintenance of playing surfaces, 3G pitch, and surrounding areas
• Upkeep and presentation of verges, hedges, and off-pitch areas
• Mowing the periphery of pitches
• Emptying external bins
• Basic property maintenance tasks
• Frequent pitch inspections to ensure safety and playability
• Lining grass pitches weekly
• Cleaning the sports hall once a week in preparation for Sunday netball matches
• Assisting gym staff with equipment setup when required
• Other groundskeeping duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a background in gardening or grounds maintenance
• Is physically capable of outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work

Experienced Cleaner

Position: Experienced Cleaner
Location: YMCA Leeds
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

YMCA Leeds is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining office spaces, function rooms, and communal areas
• Emptying and managing internal and external bins
• Using floor cleaning machines and other equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
• Experience using floor cleaning machines (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
